Hey! Today Forms ver.1.0.2 is released with the following changelog:

+ Compatibility with Magento v. 1.6.2.0
* Sometimes new fields couldn't be created for old forms
* Minor bugs fixed

Forms is a powerful extension for Magento from MagPleasure. Now you can create as many forms as you need and use them for absolutely different tasks - to collect data about your customers, to create registration forms for webinars and seminars, etc. Later, you can even export this information to CSV or Excel and analyze the data.
