Important Changes in MagPleasure Support & Update Policy
Hello Dear Customers,
Work on products creation is long and responsible process. When it’s over, we immediately share with you our new achievements. MagPleasure team does its best to make your store running more convenient, effective and pleasant. But extensions development and improvement takes much time and effort.
To show you our progress in work and encourage the team, we have decided to make some changes in our Customer Service Policy.
- Now customers get free access to all updates of the acquired products which were released during the Support & Update License validity term. We remind that earlier only major version brunch releases were available to customers.
- After purchasing a product, the free 6-months Support & Update License will be included into the product cost. On the expiry of this term, the support and access to updates will be provided for fee.
The new Policy will be introduced from July1, 2014.
You can extend the Support & Update License for 1 or 2 years at once. For this, you just need to select the necessary Support & Update License validity term during the checkout process. The price of the product with the extended License will not change. Thus, you will not only save money on further License extension, but make us sure that our products are useful for you.
Discount on the Support & Update License
You will have a chance to extend the Support & Update License with a 50% discount throughout all your Support & Update License validity term. The week before the Support & Update License expiry, you will receive a notification about it on your e-mail.You will also have an opportunity to extend the License for half-off the product price during the following week after its expiry.
And what about Support & Update License for previously purchased products?
We haven’t forgotten about the customers who purchased our products before the new Support & Update License introduction. All of them will get free 3-month term of support and updates. It will be added to the remaining part of the previous 12-month Support & Update License after it terminates.
