Q: Why have you decided to introduce the new Support & Update Policy and provide services for fee?

Purchasing our modules, themes or services, you pay for the product which has a fixed set of functions and a certain term of getting support and updates. But our team and users want to make our modules better, more reliable and modern. The process of products improvement and testing requires time, resources and certain efforts. So, it will take more time to release new products without your help. That’s why we offer those clients who are interested in our products improvement to help us by paying fee for the Support & Update License extension.

Q: I bought a product before the new Policy introduction. When buying, I received a 12-month Support & Update License. What will become of my License now?

If you bought our product before the new Policy introduction, your 12-month Support & Update License will remain valid until its expiry. In addition to it, you will get another 3-month Support & Update License for free. It will be activated immediately after the old License expiry.

Those customers who purchased a product earlier than 12 months ago will automatically get another free 3-month Support & Update License from the day of the new Policy introduction.

Q: From which moment the 6-month term of the free Support & Update License begins?

The Support & Update License validity term begins immediately after downloading the purchased product. From this moment and throughout all your Support & Update License validity, you are able to download all the existing product versions. You can also download product updates which will be released throughout this time.

Q: Do I have access only to major version brunch product releases or to new versions as well?

You have access to all product versions, including absolutely new product brunches as long as your Support & Update License is active. It is activated at the moment of purchase and cannot be suspended. The week before your Support & Update License expires, you will receive a notification about it on your e-mail.

Q: Earlier I had access only to major version brunch releases of purchased products. Do I have now access to all versions of the products which I bought before Support & Update License introduction?

Yes, after the Support & Update License introduction you will have access to absolutely all versions of a previously purchased product. You will have access to all updates until Support & Update License termination.

Q: What is the minimal Support & Update License validity term?

The minimal Support & Update License validity term is 6 months. If necessary, you can extend the subscription for 1 or 2 years when purchasing a product.

Q: Can I extend the Support & Update License before the 6-month term expiry?

Even if your current Support & Update License validity doesn’t terminate, you can buy a new Support & Update License with a 50% discount in advance. It will be activated at the moment of the old License termination.

The discount is available throughout all your Support & Update License validity term. The week before license termination, you will receive a notification about it on your e-mail.

Q: If I have several products, should I extend the Support & Update License for each product?

Yes, you should extend the Support & Update License for each of your products.

Q: Will I have a discount if I extend the Support & Update License?

Yes, you have an opportunity to buy the Support & Update License for 50% off the product price. This discount is available throughout all your Support & Update License validity term.

! Pay attention that, having purchased one copy of a product, you will have a 50% discount only on this one copy. If you need more product copies for work with several Magento stores, they will be available for the full product price.

Q: How else can I save money?

The Support & Update License is included into a product price. Its standard validity term is 6 months. If you are planning to use a product long, you can buy it with the extended period of Support & Update License validity at once. Thus, you will save on the Support & Update License extension in future.

When purchasing a 1-year Support & Update License, you save extra 10%. If you purchase a 2-year  Support & Update License, you will save 15%.

Q: If I don’t use the discount for the Support & Update License extension, how much will it cost after the discount termination?

If you don’t use the 50% discount, the subsequent price of the Support & Update License will be 100% of the product price.
